I. – Le b du II de l’article 244 quater B du code général des impôts est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « L’entreprise établit, avec précision et rigueur, le temps réellement et exclusivement passé à la réalisation de ces opérations, toute détermination forfaitaire étant exclue. » II. – Les dispositions du I s’appliquent aux dépenses exposées à compter du 1 er janvier 2025.
