Summary

L’article 1530 du code général des impôts est ainsi modifié : 1° Au premier alinéa du II, les mots : « deux ans » sont remplacés par les mots : « six mois » ; 2° La première phrase du V est ainsi modifiée : a) Le taux : « 10 % » est remplacé par le taux : « 20 % » ; b) Le taux : « 15 % » est remplacé par le taux : « 30 % » ; c) Le taux : « 20 % » est remplacé par le taux : « 40 % ». 3° À la fin du VI, les mots : « indépendante de la volonté du contribuable » sont remplacés par les mots : « liée, uniquement en cas de travaux, à un vice technique ou à une procédure judiciaire en cours. »
