Summary

I. – Le b du du 19° ter de l’article 81 du code général des impôts est ainsi modifié : 1° – Le premier alinéa est ainsi modifié : a) À sa première occurrence, le montant : « 500 € » est remplacé par le montant : « 600 € ». b) Le montant : « 200 € » est remplacé par le montant : « 300 € ». 2° Au second alinéa, le montant : « 800 € » est remplacé par le montant : « 1000 € ». II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle à l’accise sur les tabacs prévue au chapitre IV du titre I er du livre III du code des impositions sur les biens et services.
