Summary

Mme Anne Genetet appelle l'attention de M. le ministre de l'intérieur sur les mesures de prévention contre les enlèvements parentaux à l'international. Elle est régulièrement alertée de cas d'enlèvements parentaux d'enfants français, souvent binationaux, vers des pays n'ayant pas ratifié ou ne respectant pas la convention de La Haye de 1980 sur les aspects civils de l'enlèvement parental d'enfants. Elle souhaite savoir si la double nationalité d'un enfant français pourrait faciliter un enlèvement parental hors de France dans le cas où il serait présenté à un poste frontière avec un passeport étranger en compagnie de son parent étranger.
