Summary

Despite the various measures intended to secure the reception and practice of practitioners with diplomas from outside the European Union (PADHUE) put in place since 1999, many health professionals holding one of these diplomas have continued to be recruited, outside of any regulatory framework and under different statuses (associate trainee, "acting as intern", associate attached practitioner, associate assistant) by establishments French health.
