Summary

Amends the Davis-Bacon Act to raise the threshold amount of contracts covered by such Act. Sets forth provisions relating to multiple contracts, apprentices, trainees, helpers, wage review, and administration of such Act. Amends the Copeland Anti-Kickback Act to revise payroll information reporting requirements. Directs the Secretary of Labor to study and report to the Congress on electronic reporting of such information.
