Amends SSA title XVIII to outline Medicare coverage of various specified preventive services, or changes with respect to such services, including: (1) coverage of therapy and counseling for cessation of tobacco use and counseling for post-menopausal women; (2) coverage of screening for diminished visual acuity and for hypertension; (3) expansion of Medicare eligibility for bone mass measurement; (4) coverage of medical nutrition therapy services for Medicare beneficiaries with cardiovascular diseases; and (5) waiver of deductibles and coinsurance for existing preventive health benefits that include diabetes outpatient self-management training services. Requires: (1) the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to conduct a national falls prevention and awareness campaign; and (2) the Secretary to conduct demonstration projects to evaluate screenings for clinical depression as a Medicare part B benefit.
