Au plus tard le 31 décembre 2021, le Gouvernement remet au Parlement un rapport sur l’efficacité des outils fiscaux et réglementaires actuels pour lutter contre l’artificialisation des sols et sur l’opportunité de développer des dispositifs de compensation au niveau local. Ce rapport s’attache notamment à analyser les conditions d’expérimentation d’un marché de droits à artificialiser contre renaturation.
