Summary

I. – Rédiger ainsi l’alinéa 3 : « Suicide assisté ». II. – En conséquence, à l’alinéa 6, substituer aux mots : « Le droit à l’aide à mourir est le droit » les mots : « Le suicide assisté consiste ». III. – En conséquence, à la fin du même alinéa 6, supprimer les mots : « ou, lorsqu’elle n’est physiquement pas en mesure de le faire, qu’elle se la fasse administrer par un médecin ou par un infirmier ». IV. – En conséquence, à l’alinéa 7, substituer aux mots : « droit à l’aide à mourir » les mots : « suicide assisté ».
