Summary

I. – À la première phrase de l’alinéa 10, substituer aux mots : « et de son identité » les mots : « non identifiantes ». II. – En conséquence, après le même alinéa,  insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Le tiers donneur peut consentir à ce que soit communiquée son identité. Son consentement peut être recueilli à n’importe quel moment. Lorsque le tiers donneur y consent postérieurement au don, il s’adresse à l’Agence de la biomédecine ».
