Après l’article L. 1111‑6‑1 du code de la santé publique, il est inséré un article L. 1111‑6‑2 ainsi rédigé : « Art. L. 1111‑6‑2 . – Lorsque la personne majeure est dans l’impossibilité partielle ou totale de s’exprimer, la mise en place d’une communication alternative et améliorée permet de rechercher prioritairement l’expression de son consentement éclairé pour toutes les décisions qui la concernent. »
