« Chapitre IV bis « Renforcer la qualité architecturale du cadre bâti « Article XXX « L’article L. 111‑2 du code de la construction et de l’habitation est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Pour la construction neuve, la rénovation ou la réhabilitation de logements collectifs ou de groupements d’habitations de plus de deux logements, l’architecte chargé d’établir le projet architectural mentionné à l’alinéa précédent assure le suivi de la réalisation des travaux, et le cas échéant, leur direction. »
