Le I de l’article L. 131‑6 du code de la sécurité sociale est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « La dette constituée de cotisations et contributions destinées à assurer la couverture personnelle sociale d’un gérant majoritaire d’une société à responsabilité limitée est de nature professionnelle et inscrite au passif de la société soumise à la procédure collective. »
