Summary

La sous-section 7 de la section 2 du chapitre II du titre I er du livre V du code de la consommation est ainsi modifiée : 1° L’article L. 512‑27 est complété par les mots : « , ou à défaut déposés dans un local désigné par les agents » ; 2° Le premier alinéa de l’article L. 512‑28 est complété par une phrase ainsi rédigée : « Une copie de ce procès-verbal est remise au détenteur des produits. ».
