Summary

I. – Le chapitre I er du titre I er du livre IV du code rural et de la pêche maritime est ainsi modifié : 1° À l’article L. 411‑5, les mots : « et sauf s’il s’agit d’une location régie par les articles L. 411‑40 à L. 411‑45 » sont supprimés ; 2° La section 7 est abrogée. II. – Les locations annuelles renouvelables en cours à la date de promulgation de la présente loi et qui ont été consenties en vertu des dispositions de la section 7 du chapitre Ier du titre Ier du livre IV du code rural et de la pêche maritime avant son abrogation s’achèvent au plus tard à l’expiration de leur première période annuelle suivant ladite promulgation.
