Après l’alinéa 1, insérer les deux alinéas suivants :  « 1° A  (nouveau)  Après le 1° du II, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « 1°  bis L’établissement par les autorités organisatrice de mobilité, en concertation avec les collectivités territoriales, d’un schéma directeur du transport propre. Ce schéma prévoit notamment le déploiement sur le territoire des points de recharge de véhicules électriques, hybrides rechargeables, de stations d’avitaillement en gaz naturel liquéfié ou en gaz naturel comprimé ainsi que les stations de recharge en hydrogène. » ; ».
