Après l’alinéa 23, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « La protection des ressortissants français à l’étranger constitue également un enjeu important de résilience nationale. Dans ce cadre, les armées contribuent, en lien avec le ministère de l’Europe et des affaires étrangères, à la préparation et à la mise en œuvre des dispositifs de gestion de crise, d’information, d’évacuation et de sécurisation des communautés françaises à l’étranger ».
