I. – À l’alinéa 1, après les mots : « à l’alimentation », insérer le mot : « durable ». II. – En conséquence, compléter l’alinéa 1 par la phrase suivante : « L’alimentation durable est entendue comme l’ensemble des pratiques alimentaires qui visent à nourrir l’être humain en qualité et en quantité suffisante, aujourd’hui et demain, dans le respect de l’environnement, en étant accessible économiquement et rémunératrice sur l’ensemble de la chaîne alimentaire. ».
