Summary
Le II de l’article 1613 ter du code général des impôts est ainsi modifié : 1° Le tableau du deuxième alinéa est ainsi rédigé : « QUANTITÉ DE SUCRE (en kg de sucre ajoutés par hl de boisson) TARIF APPLICABLE (en euros par hl de boisson) Inférieure à 5 0 Entre 5 et 8 21 Au delà de 8 28 » 2° Le troisième alinéa est supprimé ; 3° La seconde phrase du quatrième alinéa est supprimée.
