Summary
I. – Au premier alinéa de l’article 6 quater de la loi n° 83‑634 du 13 juillet 1983 portant droits et obligations des fonctionnaires, le taux : « 40 % » est remplacé par le taux et les mots : « 50 % pour les nominations prononcées à compter du 1 er janvier 2023 ». II. – Le présent article entre en vigueur à compter du 1 er janvier 2023.
