Summary

I. – À la première phrase de l’alinéa 4, substituer au taux : « 30 % », le taux : « 40 % ». II. – En conséquence, rédiger ainsi l’alinéa 5 : « III. – À l’article L. 1142‑11 du même code, dans sa rédaction résultant du II du présent article, les mots :« permettre une représentation minimale de 30 % de chaque sexe », sont remplacés par les mots : « atteindre la parité » . ».
