Summary

Après l’alinéa 4, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Lorsque le montant de la contribution à l’entretien et à l’éducation de l’enfant fixé par le juge est inférieur au montant versé à titre provisoire par l’organisme débiteur, aucune récupération ne peut être opérée à l’encontre du parent créancier, celui-ci étant présumé de bonne foi, sauf en cas de fraude ou de fausse déclaration. »
