Après l’alinéa 9, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « I bis . – Après le quatrième alinéa de l’article L. 521‑2 du code de la sécurité sociale, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Les prestations versées au titre du présent article sont affectées aux besoins matériels, éducatifs et scolaires de l’enfant. Leur utilisation fait l’objet d’un suivi dans des conditions définies par décret. »
