La section 1 du chapitre I er bis du titre III du livre VI du code de la construction et de l’habitation est ainsi modifiée : 1° À la première phrase du premier alinéa de l’article L. 631‑17, après les mots : « contrepartie financière modeste », sont insérés les mots : « ou moyennant l’engagement d’une présence constituant, en tout ou partie, ladite contrepartie » ; 2° Au premier alinéa de l’article L. 631‑18, après le mot : « financière », sont insérés les mots : « ou moyennant l’engagement d’une présence constituant, en tout ou partie, ladite contrepartie ».
