I. – Après l’alinéa 7, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « c) D’un médecin psychiatre qui n’intervient pas habituellement auprès de la personne. Ce psychiatre a accès au dossier médical de la personne et l’examine avant de rendre son avis ; ». II. – Compléter cet article par l’amendement suivant : « II. – L’article 18 de la présente loi n’est pas applicable à l’avis du médecin psychiatre mentionné au c du II de l’article L. 1111‑12‑4 du code de la santé publique. »
