Summary

Après l’alinéa 14, insérer l’alinéa suivant :  « V bis . – Un établissement en mer ayant pour finalité de prodiguer des soins aux animaux de la faune sauvage trouvés blessés ou affaiblis dans la nature ou dont les propriétaires ont souhaité se dessaisir ou en ont été tenus, comprend un espace clôturé en mer pouvant accueillir des cétacés captifs, correspondant aux besoins physiologiques des cétacés et leur permettant d’exprimer un maximum de comportements naturels. Les modalités d’un tel établissement sont définies par un arrêté du ministre chargé de la protection de la nature. »
