I. – Après l'alinéa 4, insérer le 2°  bis suivant : « 2°  bis  Aux troisième, quatrième et cinquième alinéas de l’article L. 441‑8 du code de commerce, le mot : « renégociation » est remplacé par le mot : « révision ». II. – En conséquence, aux alinéas 4 et 7, substituer au mot : « renégociation », le mot : « révision ».
