Après l’alinéa 10, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « après le 8°, il est inséré un 9° ainsi rédigé : « 9° Produits bénéficiant d’une marque collective enregistrée conformément à l’article L. 715‑1 du code de la propriété intellectuelle, lorsque cette marque collective repose sur une charte ou un cahier des charges validé garantissant des exigences relatives à la qualité des produits, à leurs conditions de production, ou à la préservation de l’environnement. »
