Summary

I. – À l’alinéa 4, supprimer les mots : « et dès lors que cette sanction est devenue définitive ». II. – En conséquence, après l’alinéa 11, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « « En cas de désaccord portant sur les agissements, manquements ou manœuvres du contribuable mentionnés au I, les garanties et voies de recours qui lui sont offertes bénéficient également à la personne contre laquelle l’amende mentionnée au premier alinéa a été prononcée. »
