I. – À l’alinéa 7, supprimer la référence : « L. 5211‑10‑1, ». II. – En conséquence, après l’alinéa 8, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « 3°  bis  Le premier alinéa du I de l’article L. 5211‑10‑1 est ainsi modifié : «  a)  Après le mot : « publics », la fin est ainsi rédigée : « de coopération intercommunale à fiscalité propre de plus de 50 000 habitants. » ; «  b)  Est ajoutée une phrase ainsi rédigée : « Un Conseil de développement peut être mis en place dans les autres établissements publics de coopération intercommunale. »
