Summary

Après l’alinéa 14, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « f) Après l’avant-dernier alinéa, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « La déclaration judiciaire de délaissement parental emporte, pour l’enfant, la dispense de l’obligation alimentaire à l’égard du parent à l’endroit duquel le délaissement a été déclaré, par dérogation aux articles 205 à 207, sauf disposition contraire spécialement motivée du jugement. »
