Summary

Le code des douanes est ainsi modifié : 1° L’article 223 est ainsi modifié : a) Le premier alinéa est ainsi rédigé : « Les navires francisés sont soumis au paiement d’un droit annuel, dénommé droit de francisation et de navigation, à la charge des propriétaires, au 1 er janvier de l’année considérée. » ; b) À la huitième ligne de la deuxième colonne du tableau du troisième alinéa , le mot : « exonération » est remplacé par le montant : « 25 euros » ; 2° Le 5 de l’article 224 est abrogé.
