Summary

I. – L’article 164 de la loi n° 2019‑1479 du 28 décembre 2019 de finances pour 2020 est ainsi modifié : 1° À la première phrase du premier alinéa du I et au deuxième alinéa du II, les mots : « dans la région Bretagne » sont remplacés par les mots : « en France métropolitaine » ; 2° Au III, le mot : « Bretagne » est remplacé par les mots : « France métropolitaine » ; 3° Au IV, l’année : « 2021 » est remplacée par l’année : « 2024 ». II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits visés aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts.
