I. – L’article 278‐0 bis du code général des impôts est complété par un M ainsi rédigé : « M. – Les services de transports publics collectifs de voyageurs, qu’ils soient ferroviaires, guidés, routiers ou fluviaux, à l’exception des services librement organisés mentionnés aux articles L. 2121‐12, L. 3111‐17 et L. 3111‐21 du code des transports. II. – Le c du 1 de l’article 265 bis du code des douanes est ainsi modifié : 1° À la première phrase, les mots : « de transport de personnes, » sont supprimés ; 2° La seconde phrase est complétée par les mots : « , quel qu’en soit l’usage ».
