Summary

I. – À l’article 279 du code général des impôts, il est rétabli un b sexies ainsi rédigé : «  b sexies . Les prestations correspondant au droit d’utilisation des animaux à des fins d’activités physiques et sportives et de toutes installations agricoles nécessaires à cet effet ».  II. – La perte de recettes résultant pour l’État du I du présent article est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits prévus aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts.
