Summary

L’article 1605 nonies du code général des impôts est ainsi modifié : 1° Le second alinéa du II est supprimé. 2° Le premier alinéa du IV est ainsi rédigé : « La taxe concerne toutes les plus-values foncières sur valeur déclarative. Elle est établie au taux de 70 % de la plus-value réalisée. » 3° À la première phrase du second alinéa du V, les mots : « ou par l’effet de l’abattement prévu au second alinéa du II du présent article » sont supprimés.
