L’article 1112‑1 du code civil est ainsi modifié : 1° Au début, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Chaque contractant est tenu de se renseigner sur les éléments du contrat qui sont déterminants de son consentement. » ; 2° À la fin du premier alinéa, les mots : « ou fait confiance à son cocontractant » sont supprimés.
