L’article 1 er de la Constitution est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « La Constitution assure la primauté de la personne, interdit toute atteinte à la dignité de celle-ci et garantit le respect de l’être humain dès le commencement de sa vie. Chacun a droit au respect de son corps. Le corps humain est inviolable. Le corps humain, ses éléments et ses produits ne peuvent faire l’objet d’un droit patrimonial. »
