Après l'alinéa 10, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « II bis . – Après le même article, il est inséré un article L. 631‑28‑1 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. L. 631‑28‑1.  : Si la convention mentionnée à l’article L. 631‑24 ayant pour objet la vente de produits agricoles ou alimentaires vient à échéance au cours de la médiation, elle est réputée poursuivie aux mêmes conditions et modalités jusqu’à la fin de la période de médiation et le cas échéant, en cas de saisine de la juridiction compétente, jusqu’à la résolution judiciaire du litige ».
