Après l’alinéa 12, insérer les trois alinéas suivants : « 2°  bis  Après le 6° de l’article L. 313‑25, sont insérés un 6° bis et un 6° ter ainsi rédigés : « 6° bis Mentionne le coût de l’assurance exprimé tel que prévu à l’article L. 313‑8 et notamment par l’indication du taux annuel effectif de l’assurance ; « 6° ter Mentionne les exigences du prêteur en termes de garanties d’assurance qui conditionnent l’octroi et le maintien du crédit, en annexant la fiche standardisée d’information prévue au L. 313-10.»
