Summary

Le premier alinéa de l’article L. 111‑4 du code de la consommation est ainsi modifié : 1° À la seconde phrase, les mots : « de manière lisible » sont remplacés par les mots : « afin de lui permettre d’effectuer un choix éclairé » ; 2° Il est complété par une phrase ainsi rédigée : « L’ensemble de ces acteurs s’appuient sur l’affichage environnemental mentionné à l’article 15 de la loi n° 2020‑105 du 10 février 2020 relative à la lutte contre le gaspillage et à l’économie circulaire lors que celui-ci existe. »
