Après l’alinéa 12, insérer les trois alinéas suivants : « 2°  bis Le troisième alinéa de l’article L. 313‑31 est ainsi modifié : «  a) Après le mot : « acceptation », sont insérés les mots : « , et simultanément à sa notification d’acceptation » ; «  b) Est ajoutée une phrase ainsi rédigée : « Cet avenant ne nécessite pas l’application du délai de signature prévu au L. 313‑34. ». »
