Summary

Le code de l’environnement est ainsi modifié : 1° Après l’article L. 214‑3‑1, il est inséré un article L. 214‑3‑2 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. L. 214‑3‑2 . – Le fait d’exploiter une installation, un ouvrage, ou de réaliser les travaux ou un aménagement sans l’autorisation, mentionnée à l’article L. 214‑3 est passible d’une amende administrative dont le montant ne peut excéder 75 000 euros. L’amende est prononcée par l’autorité administrative compétente pour délivrer l’autorisation nécessaire. » 2° Au premier alinéa du I de l’article L. 173‑1, la référence : « L. 214‑3, » est supprimée.
