Après l’alinéa 20, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « La personne majeure souhaitant accéder aux données non identifiantes relatives au tiers donneur ou à l’identité du tiers donneur peut également s’adresser à la commission mentionnée à l’article L. 2143‑6 afin de solliciter d’être mise en correspondance avec celui-ci, sous réserve du recueil de son consentement dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 2143‑3. »
