Après l’alinéa 1, insérer les quatre alinéas suivants : « Sous-section 4 bis : Contrôle a priori « Art. L. 1111‑12‑12‑1 . – Un contrôle a priori est réalisé par le président du tribunal judiciaire ou par le magistrat qu’il désigne. Celui-ci s’assure du caractère libre et éclairé du consentement de la personne. Il statue en urgence. « Le consentement est révocable à tout moment et sans condition de forme. « Un décret en Conseil d’État précise les modalités d’application du présent article, notamment les conditions de recueil du consentement par le président du tribunal judiciaire ou le magistrat désigné. »
