Après l’alinéa 10, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « II bis . – Après le même article, il est inséré un nouvel article L. 631‑28‑1 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. L. 631‑28‑1 . – Le contrat ou accord cadre mentionnés à l’article L. 631‑24 ayant pour objet la vente de produits agricoles ou alimentaires arrivant à échéance au cours de la procédure de médiation, est réputé poursuivi aux mêmes conditions et modalités jusqu’à la fin de la période de médiation et le cas échéant, en cas de saisine de la juridiction compétente, jusqu’à la résolution judiciaire du litige ».
