Summary

I. – À la fin de l’alinéa 6, substituer aux mots : « convient d’une nouvelle date dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 1111‑12‑5 » les mots : « , si la personne le souhaite, réexamine sa demande initiale avec un psychologue ou un psychiatre. » II. – Compléter l’alinéa 6 par la phrase suivante : « Les actes réalisés par ces médecins ne font l’objet d’aucune rémunération par la sécurité sociale. L’article 18 de la présente loi ne leur est pas applicable. »
