Summary

La section 3  ter  du chapitre II du titre I er  du livre III de la deuxième partie du code de l’éducation est ainsi modifiée : 1° La seconde phrase du dernier alinéa de l’article L. 312‑9‑2 est supprimée ; 2° Il est ajouté un article L. 312‑9‑3 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. L. 312‑9‑3.  – La culture d’origine n’oriente pas le choix d’enseignement linguistique suivi par l’élève. »
