Après l’alinéa 8, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « Le bénéfice de l’hébergement est accordé en priorité lorsque les capacités sont limitées, en tenant compte de l’intérêt de l’enfant, de l’éloignement du domicile et des contraintes de transport. « Les modalités de prise en charge, notamment financières, et les contrôles nécessaires à la bonne utilisation du dispositif sont déterminées par décret. »
