Après l’article L. 111‑1 du code de la consommation, il est inséré un article L. 111‑1‑1 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. L. 111‑1‑1 . – Les usagers et les consommateurs doivent être effectivement et complètement informés de la composition, de l’origine et des conditions et procédés de la fabrication de tout produit destiné à l’alimentation ou à la protection de la santé. Les modalités d’application de cet article sont précisées par décret. »
